Description: Georgia - is the country of wine making. Special types of vine, growing exclusively in Georgian vineyards satisfy any taste of those who had or will have possibility to evaluate this heavenly drink.

Kakheti - is the most important by its culture and historical monuments and traditions part of Georgia. Its territory is 11.31 sq km, population - 407,2 thousand. Kakheti - is an ancient region famous for its wine-making. During centuries Kakheti has created a unique taste of its wine. Kakheti is considered as one of the richest regions of Georgia.

Itinerary: Tbilisi – Mtskheta – Kakheti – Signagi - Tbilis

Day 1. Meeting in the airport Tbilisi, transfer, check-in hotel. Evening walk in Tbilisi.

Day 2. Excursion around Tbilisi, open air ethnographic museum. Excursion to the Wine factory in Tbilisi. Historical excursion to Mtskheta - Djvari, Svetitskhoveli, Monastery  Samtavro. Supper in the restaurant with national cuisine with wine tasting.

Day 3. Drive to wine country - Eastern Georgia - Kakheti. Home-museum Tsinandali, visiting wine cellar with collection of rare wines. Academy Ikalto.Visiting Gremi monastery. Kakhetian dinner in the evening, stay in hotel.

Day 4. City-castle Sighnaghi. Wine tasting in the vine yards of the peasants. Visiting wine factory. evening supper. Stay in Sighnaghi.

Day 5. Day in Sighnaghi. Visiting ethnographic and historic monuments. A farewell party in Kakhetia. Return to Tbilisi.

Day 6.  Free day. Visiting a flee market under the Dry Bridge, where one can purchase wine souvenirs or a walk around Old Tbilisi. Transfer to Airport.

Price per person at group of 16 people and placement in a double room of 400 - 480 euro.
